I was asked to do a silhouetted version of the stag featured on the Semigallia coat of arms back in the Duchy of Courland days. However, I couldn't make that turn out well no matter what I tried.

I ended up making a silhouetted version of the modern coat of arms though, which I thought turned out pretty neat. Serious Moose demands your obedience.

You can use it for whatever you want; no need to credit me or anything. Feel free to link me to whatever you make with it though.

Thanks!

The Bavarian lion is pretty much the same as the Palatine lion, sans the crown, right?

Perhaps it would make more sense to you if I said the lion of Pfalz?

Ach the Pfalz yes that makes sense XD So Palatinate is the english name for Pfalz? lol XD

Yes itīs the same, because the Rheinpfalz was once part of Bavaria :)

"The Palatinate" to be more exact, but yeah. I always thought it sounded like an odd name too. :XD:

That's what I figured.

Looks like something for a Northern Canadian province, if you ask me. ;)

Hard to avoid mental images of Canada when presented with a moose, I suppose. :XD:
