A coat of arms I put together for the old Courland-Prussia[1] idea ages ago. The main difference between this CoA and that of the Courland-Prussia in the Riga timeline is the fact that it includes the Semigallia stag. (Gotthard Kettler did not manage to salvage Semigallia in the Riga timeline.)

I guess there's not much to say about this, as it's just a simple quartered lesser coat of arms with the main heraldic animals of Courland, Semigallia and Prussia on it.

[1] The background of this unified Courland and Prussia involves Ducal Prussia passing to the Kettlers of Courland instead of the Hohenzollerns of Brandenburg. Duchess Sophie of Prussia, the third daughter of Duke Albert Frederick of Prussia, married William Kettler, duke of Courland and Semigallia. If her two older sisters and their husbands were eliminated from the line of succession, and had Albert Frederick been mentally sound, it could very well have passed to Courland. As a result, Brandenburg-Prussia and the Kingdom of Prussia would never have been born, and the smallest colonial power in the world might have been able to survive as an independent/semi-independent entity.

I can't remember where I found the original eagle, but I still have it stored, so here it is: [link]

You obviously are very familiar with heraldic courtoisie, a concept not very well known today.
